Service Description
This service package is designed to ensure that you receive the highest level of care, from your initial appointment throughout your wellness journey with us. We are committed to your long-term well-being and satisfaction. 1. Initial Appointment Preparation:** - Prior to your first appointment, we'll send you an email with detailed instructions. Please complete necessary forms and any relevant diagnostic reports. 2. Comprehensive Interview:** We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. - During your initial appointment, we will conduct a thorough interview. - We'll review your medical history and discuss your current symptoms and concerns. - Be prepared to answer questions about your symptoms, their duration, onset, and what aggravates or eases them. - Inform us about any previous Therapy Treatments you've undergone and their results. 3. Extensive Examination:** - Following the interview, an extensive examination will be performed. - We will assess various aspects, including strength, range of motion, flexibility, posture, and mobility. - If necessary, specialized clinical tests may be conducted to aid in the assessment process. 4. Treatment Plan Discussion:** - After the interview and evaluation, we will discuss the assessment of your condition. - We will collaboratively design a personalized Treatment Plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. - Your input and questions are highly encouraged during this discussion. 5. Treatment Massage:** - Following the assessment and Treatment Plan discussion, your treatment massage will commence. - Our therapists will provide you with a rejuvenating and therapeutic massage, following the Treatment Plan guidelines. Exclusively for new clients. This package includes 7 treatment sessions for $420, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. This is a one-time purchase, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with services.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies: • 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. • No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged $45 for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. • Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
