Hello, I'm Wendy McCormick, a Licensed Massage Therapist with a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals on their path to well-being since 2014. My journey in the field of massage therapy began at the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley, Colorado, where I specialized in clinical massage therapy and the relief of chronic pain patterns.
As the Founder and Director of Ongoing Renewal, I am wholeheartedly committed to making a positive impact on the lives of my clients. I firmly believe that true healing starts with the development of insights and self-awareness. My goal is to empower you to manage pain, foster self-awareness, and cultivate healthy coping skills.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of assisting clients in reducing scar tissue (adhesion) post-injury and guiding them in proactively correcting postural imbalances that could be the source of pain and discomfort. My expertise encompasses a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including methods like proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, strain/counter strain, lymphatic facilitation, trigger point therapy, and orthopedic massage.
Many of my clients come to me with biomechanical dysfunction, and I specialize in assessing postural anomalies, gait dysfunction, and muscular imbalances. By addressing these issues, my clients have experienced not only improved range of motion but also restored strength and a renewed enjoyment of their favorite physical activities.
In addition to my work with clients, I find great satisfaction in mentoring new Massage Therapists as they construct their practice. Sharing knowledge and experience is a passion of mine, and I love helping others find their path in the world of massage therapy.

Juana Maldonado, LMT.
Hello, I'm Juana Maldonado, and I graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy in May 2023. In my short but fulfilling career, I have learned so much about the transformative power of massage therapy and the unique needs of each client.
I am passionate about helping people find relief through patient and compassionate care. I enjoy specializing in deep tissue massage, working with active seniors, and supporting recovery from soft tissue injuries. I also speak Spanish, making communication more comfortable for clients who prefer this language.
What I love most about my work is helping individuals tune into their own bodies. I firmly believe that the key to optimal health lies in fostering a deep connection with oneself. My goal is to provide a massage experience that promotes balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
