Hi, I’m Wendy Castillo, Licensed Massage Therapist and Founder of Ongoing Renewal – Wellness & Massage Therapy Clinic.
I have been a massage therapist since 2014, and throughout the years, my passion for this work has only continued to grow. I graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley, Colorado, and early in my career, I realized that I wanted to understand more than just how to help someone relax. I wanted to understand why people hurt, why certain pain patterns continue to return, and what we can do to help the body function and move better.
That curiosity has shaped the therapist I am today.
My work focuses heavily on clinical and orthopedic massage, chronic pain, injury recovery, postural and muscular imbalances, mobility, and helping people return to the activities they love. I enjoy looking at the body as a whole and finding the connections between where someone feels pain and what may actually be contributing to it.
Over the years, I have worked with people from all walks of life—from athletes and active adults to seniors, people recovering from injuries or surgeries, and clients who have lived with chronic pain for years. Some come to me because they simply want to move better, while others come in frustrated because they feel like they have tried everything and are still hurting.
Those are the cases that continue to challenge and inspire me.
My approach may include orthopedic and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, lymphatic techniques, soft-tissue work, and other clinical techniques depending on what your body needs. I also pay close attention to posture, gait, range of motion, muscular imbalances, and movement patterns that may be contributing to discomfort.
But treatment is only part of what I believe in.
I want my clients to understand their bodies. Once we begin reducing pain and improving mobility, I love helping clients transition into stretching, strengthening, movement, and better body awareness so they can become active participants in their own progress. My goal isn't to make you dependent on massage. My goal is to give you another tool to help you move better, feel stronger, and continue doing the things that make you happy.
One of the greatest parts of my career has also been the opportunity to teach and mentor other massage therapists. I love sharing what I have learned, encouraging therapists to continue their education, and helping them develop confidence in working with more complex conditions and injuries. Building Ongoing Renewal has allowed me to create a place where both our clients and our therapists can continue to grow.
Even after more than a decade in this profession, I still love learning. The human body is incredibly complex, and I don't believe we ever reach a point where there isn't something new to discover. Continuing education is extremely important to me because every new technique, perspective, or piece of knowledge gives me another way to better serve the people who trust us with their care.
Ongoing Renewal was built around that philosophy: we keep learning, we keep moving, and we keep working toward feeling better.
When you walk into our clinic, I want you to know that you are more than an appointment on our schedule. I want to hear your story, understand what you are experiencing, and work alongside you to create a plan that makes sense for your body and your goals.
Whether your goal is to recover from an injury, manage chronic pain, improve your mobility, get back to exercising, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, we're here to help you keep moving forward.
Thank you for trusting me and the Ongoing Renewal team to be part of your journey.
Your body is always changing—and our goal is to help you continue renewing with it.

Ongoing Renewal – Wellness & Massage Therapy Clinic

Hello, I’m Haley Nyarko, and I graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy in May 2020.
I specialize in deep tissue massage, nerve pain relief, and medical massage therapy, with a focus on working with injuries and aiding recovery. I truly enjoy listening to my clients and understanding their unique needs, which allows me to provide tailored treatments that foster healing and well-being.
What I love most about my work is empowering individuals to understand and connect with their own bodies. I firmly believe that education is a key component of optimal health, and I strive to help my clients build awareness of how their bodies function and heal. My goal is to provide a massage experience that not only promotes balance, relaxation, and overall well-being but also fosters a deeper understanding of their own physical health.
I’m also currently finishing a nursing program, building on my background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). My love of learning motivates me to continually deepen my understanding of the human body. If a client has a complicated case, I am determined to figure out how to help and provide the best care possible.
It’s an honor to be a part of your journey toward a healthier and more relaxed life. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path to wellness!
