Responsibilities:

• Administer medical massages based on individual needs, utilizing techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and more.

• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that complement medical interventions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

• Educate patients on the benefits of medical massage, post-treatment care, and self-care techniques.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in medical massage therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into your treatments.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license/certification as a Massage Therapist.

• Additional certification or training in Medical Massage is preferred.

• Proven experience as a Medical Massage Therapist, with a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical conditions.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
