Cold Stone Therapy
A Refreshing Approach to Relief for Chronic Inflammation
Service Description
If you’re living with MS, fibromyalgia, nerve pain, or chronic inflammation, finding relief can be challenging. Our Cold Stone Therapy offers a gentle, targeted solution to soothe discomfort, calm overactive nerves, and promote healing. By using smooth, cool marble stones, this treatment provides a refreshing and therapeutic experience tailored to your needs. What to Expect During your session, marble stones are strategically applied to areas of pain, inflammation, or tension. The natural cooling properties of the stones help reduce sensitivity, regulate the nervous system, and encourage circulation. This controlled approach is especially effective for calming overactive nerve responses and addressing chronic pain in a way that’s both soothing and restorative. Why Cold Stone Therapy Works: Cold therapy offers numerous benefits: Calms Overactive Nerves- The cooling effect gently soothes nerve endings, reducing hypersensitivity often associated with fibromyalgia and neuropathy. Reduces Inflammation: Alleviates swelling and tissue irritation, helping to ease pain and stiffness. Relieves Headaches and Migraines: Cooling stones applied to key areas can help reduce vascular tension and nerve irritation, providing quick relief. Improves Circulation: Boosts blood flow to affected tissues, encouraging recovery and relieving numbness or tingling. Supports Muscular Relaxation: Reduces muscle spasms and tension without overstimulation, making it ideal for those with chronic conditions. Minimizes Discomfort: The gentle nature of cold stone therapy is perfect for managing pain without exacerbating inflammation or soreness. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies: • 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. • No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged $45 for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. • Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SERVING YOU.
