Service Description

Wellness Is a Journey, Not a Destination. Health is a lifelong journey of striving for good physical health and quality of life, to the best of a person's ability given his or her unique circumstances. At Ongoing Renewal we facilitate this journey for our clients by creating and designing a unique Treatment Plan to get you on your way to a healthier you. In preparation for your first appointment, we suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your first scheduled appointment. Be sure to fill out the intake and COVID forms sent to your email address. Make sure to: -Bring your therapy prescription, if you have one -Bring your insurance card or case number -Bring any relevant diagnostic reports you may have (for example, x-ray or MRI) -Wear comfortable clothes that will allow me to access to the body part for which you are being seen. The first part of your Initial Evaluation involves an interview, during which we will review your medical history and your current symptoms. Be prepared to answer questions such as: -What types of symptoms are you experiencing? -How long have you been experiencing these symptoms? -How did it start? -What aggravates and eases these symptoms? Please be sure to tell me about any previous Therapy Treatments you may have had, as well as the results! The next step is an Extensive Examination.  During your exam, I may evaluate the following: -Strength -Range of Motion -Flexibility -Posture -Mobility and Movement Patterns If appropriate, I may also perform special clinical tests to help with the Assessment process. After your Interview and Evaluation, we will begin your treatment massage. We will explain the assessment of your condition, and discuss the Treatment Plan that has been designed for you!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies: • 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. • No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged $45 for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. • Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SERVING YOU.
